1. Agreement to Terms
​
By accessing or using any part of this Service, whether via www.thejuzshow.com/echopulse, Facebook, social media, or by contacting thejuzshowofficial@gmail.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Australian laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from accessing this service.
For the purposes of this agreement, “TJS,” “TheJuZShoW,” “her,” and “she” refer to the sole trader operating TheJuZShoW.
All materials provided are protected by trademark and copyright laws.

2. Privacy Policy
​
TJS does not collect or share sensitive personal information such as banking or identification details. Work may be shared with other professionals only with the client's express permission.
Clients may request deletion of their personal information. However, invoices and transaction records will be securely retained for up to six (6) months for legal and accounting purposes.

3. Payments and invoices
​
All payments must be made via invoice. Each customer will receive a copy for their records.
​
For security purposes, all jobs require an upfront payment before any work begins. Invoices must be paid on the same day they are received.
​
Payment is due on the same day the service or product is provided. This includes the first day of communication and delivery of the final product. If you are experiencing financial hardship, a payment plan may be arranged at the discretion of TheJuZShoW (TJS).
​
Depending on the circumstances, TJS may assign a due date on your invoice. You are required to pay your invoice on or before that date. If you anticipate needing an extension, you must notify TJS at least 3 to 7 business days in advance.
Failure to communicate or make timely payments may result in additional fees, which will be clearly itemized and added to your invoice.

Failure to pay on time on three separate occasions may result in legal action and the termination of current or future services.
​
4. Refund Policy
​
Client satisfaction is a priority. Full refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase by emailing a valid reason to thejuzshowofficial@gmail.com. Refunds will not be processed without a reason.

5. Business Rights
​
TJS reserves full discretion over all aspects of her business operations.
Services or partnerships may be terminated immediately if a client or business engages in any of the following:

Harassment or bullying

Stalking
-
Threats, intimidation, or any form of abusive behavior
Such conduct may also result in legal action, depending on the severity and nature of the violation.
TJS retains the right to modify or update her services, rates, or policies at any time, with or without prior notice.
These terms apply equally to individual clients and to any interactions, collaborations, or partnerships with other businesses.

6. Personal & Professional Boundaries
​
TheJuZShoW maintains strict boundaries between personal and professional life. She will not send personal images to collaborators or partners unless related to approved, official promotional work.
​
7. Communication with External Vendors
​
TJS does not accept unsolicited messages or sales pitches from third-party vendors, marketers, or agencies. Unsolicited outreach (cold emails, DMs, or promotional calls) will be ignored and may be reported or blocked.

8. Collaborations
​
By collaborating with TJS, all parties agree to:
- Maintain consistent communication
- Respond to follow-ups promptly
Failure to respond after three follow-ups within a 3–7 day period will result in termination of the project and deletion of all files associated with it.
Revenue Terms:
All collaborations must agree to a fixed fee and a 50/50 royalty split, with written confirmation before work begins. All collaborators must credit TJS on any released material.

9. File Transfers
​
All files must be sent in WAV format via www.wetransfer.com or Dropbox.
- Do not send MP3, MP4, or files downloaded from platforms such as YouTube.
- Stem count should be limited to 20–30 for efficient processing.
- Non-compliance may lead to termination of services unless another track is being mastered.

10. Feedback & Crediting
​
- All artists must provide respectful feedback after project completion across relevant platforms (social media, Google, Fiverr, etc.).
- All artists must credit TJS on all released tracks.
- Artists are welcome to recommend TJS to others.

11. AI Usage Policy
​
TJS does not use AI tools for music production or vocal work. Clients may not use AI-generated content in collaboration with TJS services. Exceptions may apply for AI use in visuals (e.g., photos) with prior agreement.

12. Disclaimer
​
All services are provided “as is.” TJS makes no guarantees or warranties, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of services or materials provided.
​
13. Limitations of Liability
​
TJS is not liable for further work or damages related to a project once final payment has been received or if communication is terminated due to unsafe conduct.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations. In such cases, applicable laws will take precedence.
​
14. Corrections
​
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, materials may contain errors. TJS may revise or update projects if
necessary but makes no guarantee of perfection.
​
15. Modifications to Terms
​
TJS may update these Terms of Service without notice. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the current terms. Clients may request a copy of the most recent Terms of Service at any time.
​
16. Governing Law
​
​This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts unless otherwise agreed in writing
