Agreement to Terms

By viewing or using this Service, which can be accessed at  www.thejuzshow.com/thejuzshowmusic or directly via Facebook/social media or thejuzshowofficial@gmail.com you are agreeing to be bound by all these service’s terms of service and agree with any applicable laws in Australia. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing these services and all contact with TheJuZShoW herself. All materials provided are protected by trade mark law and copyright.

For purposes of this Terms of Service, the terms , “her” and “TJS” refers to the sole trader.

Privacy policy

​

TJS does not ask for or share any personal information. However may share work done with another professional service or trusted producer with permission from the client or customer.

Refunds and Payments

​

Due to personal financial circumstances TJS may or may not issue a full refund. But may negotiate free services IE. Audio mastering for 1 more song, vocals, etc

​

A 50 percent upfront fee may apply before completion of product/service. ALL Payments are required to be made on the day the service/product provided. This includes the first day of communication and on completion of the product/service made.

 

Payment plans or extensions may be available if you are experiencing financial hardship.

If TJS has offered/agreed provide the services at no cost this section does not apply to you.

Business Rights

​

As a business owner, TJS has the right of decision making for each and every aspect related to all processes.

If the customer/client displays any unruly behaviour that may compromise her safety she has the right to terminate or discontinue any works in progress. This includes:

• Harassment/Bullying

• Stalking

• Threats of any kind

She also has the right to make any changes to the business at any-time.

File Transfers

 

• All artists MUST send their files in WAV form via www.wetransfer.com using my e-mail address or Dropbox.

  Artists MUST NOT send MP3, MP4 or any other file form.

  This makes the process a lot faster and easier so you get the best quality out of your sound.

   

• If you choose to send stems there may be a limit to how many can be done during the mixing and mastering process. IE, Stems can limit to 20-30 ,

   

• Artists MUST NOT send MP3, MP4 or any other file form.

   

• Artists MUST NOT have their audio downloaded from other platforms for their track/song. This includes all streaming services IE YouTube

   

• Failing to follow these instructions may result in termination of TJS’s services UNLESS another song needs mastering.

 

Feedback and Song crediting

 

TJS believes that it is common decency to provide feed back in anyway possible.

 

• ALL artists MUST provide feedback to TJS after the job is completed. This applies to all social media, Google, Gumtree, fiverr and all other services she networks with.

   

• ALL Artists MUST provide feedback in a timely and respectful manner on receipt of the job files.

 

• ALL artists MUST credit TJS on their mastered and released track(s).

 

• All artists CAN recommend TJS and her services to other artists.

 

Disclaimer

All the services are provided on an “as is” basis. You agree that your use/receiving of the services products will be at your own risk. TheJuZShoW makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, she does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the products/services provided to her clients/customers on Social media, e-mail and her Website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked everywhere.

Limitations

TJS will no longer be held accountable for any damages or further work on the same projects after the final payment has been made or if all contact/work is ceased if the safety of the business and herself are compromised.

Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, however these limitations apply to all whom is in correspondence with herself.

Corrections

​

There may be information or materials given that may contain typographical and auditory miscalculations. She May however revisit your project(s) if any changes required/needed.

She will not promise that any of the materials in these projects are accurate, complete, or current. However, will provide the best product/services possible.

Modification of Terms of Use

​

TJS may revise or include supplemental terms in these Terms of Service on its Website or to her clients/customers from time to time without prior notice. Please ensure that you check the current Terms of Use every time you use the Website. She may provide a copy of the Terms of service to clients/customers. By using her services you agree to these terms.

Applicable law

​

Any claim related to  TheJuZShoW’s services provided shall be governed by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
